Overview: This document provides technical specifications and descriptions for various models of vacuum fittings, tubes, and collars used in vacuum systems. The components are designed to ensure a rigid connection and prevent pressure loss in the vacuum network.
Specifications:- Fittings: Models include RVM, RVF, and RVT, which are barbed fittings used to connect the vacuum source to the vacuum tube. They are made of brass and stainless steel, ensuring durability and no pressure loss.
- Vacuum Tubes: TVR models are designed to maintain a 90% vacuum at an ambient temperature of 30°C. They come in various sizes with specific inside and outside diameters.
- Collars: COV models are used to attach TVR type pipes, ensuring perfect sealing.
Key Parameters:- Material: Brass and stainless steel.
- Color: Crystal.
- Inside diameter of suitable pipe is specified for each model.
- Minimum curve fitting (r*) and other dimensions are available on request.
Models and Dimensions:- RVM models range from 10 to 20 mm in diameter with various thread sizes.
- RVF models are available in sizes from 10 to 20 mm with female threads.
- RVT models have a combination of male and female threads with sizes from 10 to 15 mm.
- TVR vacuum tubes are available in sizes 10, 15, and 20 mm with corresponding dimensions for inside and outside diameters.
- COV collars are designed to fit TVR tubes of sizes 10, 15, and 20 mm.
Additional Notes: All dimensions are provided in millimeters, and other dimensions and shapes can be requested as needed.
