Product catalog summary
Suction Cups for Bottle Handling
The document provides detailed specifications and applications for the VSBO and VSBO+ suction cups, designed specifically for handling bottles. These suction cups are suitable for gripping 750 ml bottles and have been enhanced with the VSBO+ version for high-frequency operations in humid environments. The VSBO series includes options for mounting with M6 and M5 screws, and features stainless steel reinforcements for increased lifting force and flexibility.
Materials and Construction
The suction cups are available in NBR (Nitrile) and NR (Natural Rubber) versions. The VSBO+ includes anti-slip cleats and an integrated seal for simplified mounting. Reinforcements are made of stainless steel, with options for polypropylene in the lower reinforcement.
Magnum Bottle Handling
For larger Magnum bottles, the VSBO50105 suction cup is designed with a specific lip shape and surface to accommodate the weight and diameter of these bottles. It includes a nitrile lip and stainless steel reinforcements.
Sensing Valve (V4 Version)
The VSBO and VSBO+ suction cups are available with a V4 sensing valve, which ensures an airtight vacuum network if a bottle is missing. This feature enhances sensitivity and vacuum efficiency, with immediate action upon contact. The valve includes an HDPE trigger plate and stainless steel reinforcements.
Mounting and Part Numbers
The suction cups have a 45mm center-to-center mounting distance, with part numbers specified for different materials and configurations. The document provides detailed dimensions and options for replacement parts.
