BR RW2 rewinding machine equipped with ceramic surface treatment drum, positive waxing device, yarn broken sensor, mec-hanical yarn tensioning device,mechanical ceramic yarn cleaning device,empty tube frame and package frame. On Rewinder machine , Centro-Ratating motor drivens quare hole waxing device , to guarantee the best waxing result, innovative tension device able to control precisely step by step yarn tension. The operator can adjust the winding speed anodized hard surface treatment drum,contrarotating waxing device,yarn break sensor,tension device,mechanical ceramic yarn clearer device,empty tube holder and 300 to 1400 m/min to find the best solution for the yarn being wound.Electronic anti patterning device has 3 choices in order to be fitted to different yarn count.to guarantee the best package density uniformity. INTELLI-WIND* touch The simple way to manage complex winding functions INTELLI-WIND TOUCH® is a dedicated software especially developed for BR RW 2 rewinding machine,with simplifies and automates operations such as yarn count conversion,production parameter transformation from meters to kilos and precise meter counter,using industrial touch panel,all parameters can be set up and displayed for single head or entire machine. The recipe for different yarn count can be set up and computerized,and call up when need in the future.
