Reconditioning Process

Collect & Send: Contact distributor partner for logistics. Complete recondition form and include it with shipment.
Evaluate & Quote: Tools are inspected, and a quote is provided. Non-reconditionable tools are marked and isolated.
Recondition & Return: Tools are re-waxed, re-ground, and recoated if originally coated. Delivery is scheduled post-authorization.

Guidelines for Reconditioning

Only solid carbide tooling is reconditioned; no carbide tipped, HSS, or cobalt.
Program accepts tool diameters of 1/4” and greater.
Tools must be returned in original protective tubes or adequately protected.
Pricing is based on the quantity of identical tools received.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Reconditioned tools do not come with a guarantee or warranty.
