• Cyclone Separator: The air-water mixture enters tangentially into a cylindrical separator where spiral movements and centrifugal forces push water droplets laden with dust to the walls, separating them from the cleaned air which exits upwards.

The rapid acceleration of air in the Venturi throat ensures effective atomization and contact with dust particles, maximizing pollutant capture. The cyclone separator then efficiently separates the droplets from the air stream.

Water Recirculation and Maintenance

An appropriate water cleaning and filtration system is essential to maintain the quality of recirculated water, ensuring consistent scrubbing efficiency over time. The system operates in a closed loop with continuous filtration to remove captured contaminants.

System Integration and Control

The entire assembly, including the fan, hydraulic system, and water filtration unit, is housed within a soundproof chassis to reduce noise emissions. The electrical control panel is mounted externally on the machine for ease of access and operation.
