Clean air solutions Oil Stop M filters are designed to effectively remove oil mist and fumes in various industrial contexts, from mechanical to food processing. They are suitable for machinery such as lathes, CNC, grinders, presses and also for food processing plants with vegetable oil nebulization. Made with high-efficiency materials (G2 pre-filter and F9 main filter), they offer filtration up to 95%, with the possibility of reaching 99.95% thanks to an HEPA H13 filter.

Principle of operation Oil mist polluted air enters the unit through the dedicated inlet and is directed into the centrifugal separator, where the airflow gets twisted. The centrifugal force pushes oil droplets towards the walls of the duct, where they separate from the flow and descend into the discharge hopper, to then be collected in a container. The air, free from the largest particles, passes through a droplet separator that retains the residual droplets. Then it continues through the steel mesh pre-filter, which functions to block further impurities and prepare the air for fine filtration....
