Principle of Operation:
The Iperfilter DF is a high-efficiency horizontal cartridge filter designed to purify dusty air. Dusty air enters from above, and larger particles settle in the hopper due to a decrease in speed. The air then flows through filter cartridges, where dust accumulates on the outside, allowing purified air to exit. Periodic cleaning of the cartridges is managed by an economizer, with backwashing facilitated by compressed air jets.

Technical Features:
The Iperfilter DF is available in two models, DF 9 and DF 12, with dimensions and specifications as follows:

DF 9: Dimensions - 1130x1900x2690 mm, 9 cartridges, 180 m² filtering surface, air flow for smoke - 9500 m³/h, air flow for powder - 8000 m³/h, weight - 640 kg.
DF 12: Dimensions - 1130x1900x3100 mm, 12 cartridges, 240 m² filtering surface, air flow for smoke - 12000 m³/h, air flow for powder - 10500 m³/h, weight - 750 kg.

Both models have a bin storage capacity of 65 liters, operate at a tank pressure of 4-6 Bar, and require a valve power supply of 24 VAC.

Filter Cartridges:
The standard filter cartridges are made of IFA/BGIA M PES certified polyester. Different types of cartridges are available upon request, depending on the application. Users are advised to contact the Technical Office to select the most suitable filter medium.

Principle of operation The CORAL filter mod. IPERFILTER DF is composed of horizontal cartridge filter elements housed in the central and hermetic body of the equipment. The dusty air enters from above and, due to the sudden decrease in speed, the larger particles settle in the hopper and end up in the corresponding collection container. The contaminated air flows through the cartridges from the outside to the inside, so that the dust settles on the outside and comes out purified.
