Product Overview
Electrostatic filters "EF-VOL" are designed for free electrostatic air filtration without the need for a suction system. They are ideal for industrial areas with generalized pollution, providing a cost-effective solution for filtering the entire polluted area. These filters are suitable for pollutants such as welding fumes, processing fumes, dust, and oil mists.

Specifications
The filters are constructed with a robust bent sheet metal structure suitable for suspended installation, with a height from the ground varying between 3 to 5 meters depending on pollutant density. They include a conveyor for air inlet, a suction fan with baffles, a separate control panel for easy installation, and an electric panel with a red light for anomaly signaling.

Features
Electrostatic filters purify air from pollutants with particle sizes ranging from 10 to 0.01 microns. The flow resistance varies from 40 Pascal (clean filter) to 80 Pascal (dirty filter). The inlet concentration of pollutants can reach up to 50 mg/m³, with a maximum fluid temperature of 60°C and relative humidity between 20% and 99%.

Operating Principle
Polluted particles in the gaseous flow are charged with unipolar electricity in the ionizing section using tungsten wires. In the collecting section, composed of pure aluminum plates, particles are repelled and captured by grounded plates. These particles must be periodically removed through simple maintenance.

Automatic Monitoring System
The Automatic Monitoring System (AMS) is an electronic control device available in two versions: AMS Local, where each machine has its own alphanumeric monitoring system, and AMS Centralized, featuring a centralized touch screen for monitoring multiple machines.
