Specifications

Materials & Finishes: Stainless steel shells and panel nuts, passivated and sandblasted; 10-pin shells are black passivated. Inserts are made of diallyl phthalate, and contacts are copper alloy with gold and nickel plating.
Electrical: Dielectric strength of 500 Volts RMS, insulation resistance of 1000 Megohms minimum, and contact resistance of 0.05 Ohms max (0.015 Ohms for 10-pin).
Mechanical: Air pressure of 2.5 psi, water immersion for 40 hours at 6 ft, and mate/unmate durability of 3000 cycles.
