"FIVE STAR" EMERGENCY SERVICES Continental Disc Corporation is dedicated to providing quality pressure relief products, expert technical support and timely delivery. To keep your downtime to a minimum, Continental Disc offers "Five Star" Emergency Services for 1/4" thru 36" rupture discs and stocked holders. Contact the Sales Department at Continental Disc anytime weekdays, weekends or holidays at (816) 792-1500 or contact your local representative office for pricing and availability of Five Star Emergency Services. "In today — out today!" Orders placed weekdays before 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time are manufactured and ready for shipment before 12:00 midnight that same day. When necessary, Continental Disc Corporation can arrange shipment via a specified Charter Service to expedite order delivery. "In today — out tomorrow!" Orders placed weekdays before 3:00 p.m. CST are manufactured and ready for shipment during the next working day. Extended Working Days Service "In today — out day after tomorrow!" Orders placed weekdays before 3:00 p.m. CST are manufactured and ready for shipment within two (2) working days after order receipt. Based on consecutive working days, Continental Disc will manufacture and ship your order within 5, 10 or 15 working days. Overtime Service Based upon your authorization, order production will continue beyond our normal 8-hour work day or on weekends until your order is ready to ship. This service is primarily for rupture discs or non-stock holders and items that are urgently needed and cannot be furnished under any of the above services due to required manufacturing time. • Charter service or carrier selection to be specified by the customer for all services. • Unless Overtime Service is authorized, weekends and/or holidays carry over to the next working day for all services. • Rupture discs set at a temperature other than ambient (72°F/22°C), which specify ASME temperature testing, require a 72-hour production leadtime. The 48-hour service charge applies.
