Thunderbuff Silicone-free nylon/polyester microfiber wipe Thunderbuff™ polishing cloths are silicone-free, terry style woven wipes made of nylon/polyester microfiber. The keys to the incredible performance of this microfiber are the size, shape, and composition of the fibers used to make the threads of the cloth. Designed for easy removal of both oil-based and water-based residues, the conveniently sized 12” x 12” and 16” x 16” Thunderbuff wipes are ideal for many cleaning tasks. Currently used in many North American automotive assembly plants, Thunderbuff microfiber is also available on 125’ rolls, ideal for use in automated trim shops to pre-clean surfaces prior to application of side trim or roof ditch moldings, or any other adhesive-backed product. Product Description • Silicone-free nylon/polyester microfiber • Soft textured wipe will not scratch painted surfaces • A unique wrapped hem increases durability and reduces linting from fraying edges • Heavier, thicker fabric holds more dirt and residues than average wiping cloth • Polyester and nylon microfibers in Thunderbuff easily remove both oil- and water-based residues, eliminating the need for solvents and reducing VOC’s as well as hazardous waste disposal costs Thunderbuff™ microfiber rolls have been designed for cleaning auto bodies prior to molding and trim application. Available in 125’ long rolls, with 8”, 15“, or 18” width. Thunderbuff™ microfiber polishing cloths are available in convenient 12” x 12” or 16” x 16” sizes. Choose from five colors: green or white. The wedge-shaped filaments of Thunderbuff™ microfiber easily trap particles inside the fiber, leaving the surface free from residue.
