CleanTube Automotive Wiper ™ Maximize surface cleanliness The CleanTube™ automotive wiper from Contec® brings the cleanliness of Class 10 cleanroom laundering to the automotive industry. Constructed of 100% polyester knit and available in a variety of lengths, CleanTube™ wipers are ideal for many automotive and surface preparation applications. Originally designed for removing excess sealant, the low-linting CleanTube™ wipers are excellent for cleaning paint automation equipment. CleanTube™ wipers feature heat cauterized rolled edges that reduce the potential for contamination from raw fibers. Product Description • 100% polyester knit tubular wiper • Unique tubular construction The tubular construction of CleanTube™ automotive wipers allows technicians to “load” their arms with several wipers at a time, reducing downtime. • Heat cauterized edges naturally roll outward, reducing the potential for particles from cut fibers • Laundered and packaged in a Class 10 cleanroom • Durable; can be laundered and reused CleanTube™ wipers are ideal for removing excess sealant during assembly. • High stretch allows for cleaning in tight spaces • Economical • Excellent on coarse or rough sanded surfaces A Range of Options Contec’s CleanTube ™ wipers are available in a variety of sizes and textures, and are economically bulk packaged.
