Metallurgical Considerations
Processes that can be performed include air melting, controlled atmosphere melting, alloy homogenization, vacuum degassing, reduction of tramp elements, deoxidation, decarburization, desulphurization, and argon purging. These processes improve mechanical properties, technological characteristics, and microcleanliness of the final product.

Design and Options
The VCAP furnace range offers a flexible and cost-effective design with standard features such as induction furnace and vacuum shell, water-cooled vacuum lid, vacuum pumping system, hydraulic tilt system, and control systems. Optional accessories include inert gas purging, automated vacuum lid handling, optical pyrometer, and SCADA supervisory control systems.
