Product OverviewThe TA102 Series is a dual output
accelerometer designed for measuring both temperature and acceleration. It features a top exit
connector/cable with a sensitivity of 100 mV/g for acceleration and 10 mV/°C for temperature.
Specifications- Environmental: Operates within a temperature range of -40 to 250°F (-40 to 121°C) and offers maximum shock protection of 5,000 g, peak. It is CE certified for electromagnetic sensitivity and has an IP68 sealing, making it submersible up to 200 ft (60 m).
- Physical: The sensor uses a PZT ceramic sensing element in shear mode, weighs 3.2 oz (90 grams), and is housed in 316L stainless steel. It mounts using a 1/4-28 stud or M6x1 adapter stud.
- Performance: The sensor has a resonant frequency of 1,380,000 CPM (23000 Hz) and a dynamic range of ±80 g, peak. It provides a frequency response of 0.5-15000 Hz (±3dB) and 2.0-12000 Hz (±10%).
- Electrical: Requires a voltage source of 18-30 VDC and constant current excitation of 2-10 mA. It has a settling time of less than 2.5 seconds and an output impedance of less than 100 ohms.
Features
The TA102 Series combines temperature and acceleration measurement in one sensor, offering high performance at an affordable price. It requires a multi-conductor cable for operation.
