AUTOMATIC CYCLES FOR CONSISTENT OPERATION Conair’s DT Series Dump Table consistently gathers pipe, rigid tubing and custom profiles and stores them for easy removal. This system reduces material hang-up points and helps to preserve end-product quality. An automated dump sequence tilts the primary collection table to deliver product to the secondary collection tray for subsequent processing or packaging. Model DT20-12 HD (heavy duty) STAINLESS STEEL TABLE; ALL WELDED-STEEL FRAME DT series dump tables feature welded steel construction and all stainless steel material contact points for low maintenance. Model DT20-12 is available with heavy-duty construction for larger profile or tubing applications. Standard table lengths range from 12 to 20 ft. {3.7 to 6.1 m} with widths of 6 to 12 inches {152 to 305 mm}. A Conair downstream extrusion specialist can help you to make the best choice for your specific extrusion configuration setup. Simple-to-use operation DT series dump tables automatically tilt when the pneumatic cylinder has been activated by a device upstream or the table’s flag switch has been triggered. Simply adjust the table’s floor bolts to the center line height of your process, connect the input voltage and let it do the rest. Reduced maintenance All stainless steel material contact points and a welded-steel frame offer the best combination for long life with greatly reduced routine maintenance.
