Pressure Specifications
The IMPS (In-Mould Pressure Sensor) operates within a pressure range of 0 to 4 bar absolute, with an overpressure capacity of 8 bar and a burst pressure of 12 bar. It features a ceramic face type and is housed in 304 stainless steel. The sensor uses a MIL-C-26482, 6-pin connector.

Input Specifications
The sensor requires an input current of ≤10 mA and supports a load resistance of ≥5.0kΩ, with a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC. It includes inverse-polarity protection and short-circuit strength up to 30 VDC at 25°C for 5 minutes.

Output Specifications
The output span is 4 bar, ranging from 0 to 10 VDC. The typical total error band (TEB) is ±3.0% FS from -25 to +85°C. Non-linearity and hysteresis (NLH) at 25°C is ±0.2% FS, with a temperature coefficient for zero point and span of ±0.03% FS/K. Long-term stability over one year is ±0.3% FS.

Environmental Specifications
The ambient temperature range is -25°C to +100°C, while the media temperature range is -10°C to +125°C. The sensor can withstand humidity up to 95% relative, vibration up to 4g (10 to 2000Hz), and shock up to 50g/8ms. It has an IP rating of IP55, which increases to IP67 with a mounted female connector.

Electrical Connections
The sensor's electrical connections are as follows: A - Positive supply, B - Signal 0-10V, C - Not connected, D - 0V supply, E - Earth, F - Not connected.

Cables available for the sensor include 3m, 10m, and 25m sensor lead assemblies. The XE-0050-008 supersedes previous models XE-0050-002, XE-0050-004, and XE-0050-005, which are still available upon request.
