Technical Information: Automatic Gasket Dispensing
Material: The gaskets are made from silicone, which can be loaded with conductive materials such as silver, copper, or graphite.
Manufacturing Processes: The gaskets are dispensed automatically using programmable robotic equipment, ensuring precision and consistency.
Packaging: Available in syringes, cartridges, and barrels. Material can also be supplied separately.
Description: The gaskets, which can be conductive or nonconductive, are applied directly onto castings or PCBs for electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ingress protection (IP). The dispensing technology allows for precise application in narrow spaces, providing both electromagnetic shielding and environmental sealing.
