Overview: This document provides technical specifications and performance data for the COMMEX S.R.L. geared motors model CX.KR50-33G, revised in January 2015.

Gearbox Data: The gearbox features a zamac die-casting housing with a backlash at no load of ≤2°. It includes sleeve bearings at the output, with a radial load capacity of ≤0.8Kgf at 10mm from the flange and a shaft axial load capacity of ≤0.6Kgf. The no load current is ≤0.02A for Type 10 and ≤0.015A for Type 07. Rated speeds are 2979rpm for Type 10 and 2331rpm for Type 07, with rated currents of ≤0.07A and ≤0.05A, respectively. Rated torque is 15.20g-cm for Type 10 and 13.38g-cm for Type 07, with rated outputs of 0.46W and 0.32W.

Options: A Hall sensor magnetic encoder is available, and electric specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

Motorgearbox Performance: The performance data for various models with different gear ratios is provided. For example, the CX.KR50-33GG-10 model with a 1:8 gear ratio operates at 12V with a no load speed of 468rpm and a rated torque of 0.1 Kg-cm. The maximum momentary tolerance torque varies across models, with the highest being 15.0 Kg-cm for the CX.KR50-33GA-10 model with a 1:1953 gear ratio.
