Overview: The C-mac® PPR10 is a programmable 3-phase relay designed for monitoring and protecting mains supply and connected equipment, particularly in conjunction with generators and portable equipment. It adheres to European regulations for micro-generator connections.
Specifications: The relay monitors static parameters such as over/undervoltage, sequence, asymmetry, and frequency, as well as dynamic parameters like rate of change of frequency (ROCOF) and phase angle faults. It features programmable functions, ranges, and reaction delays, with two independent relay outputs rated at 8 A / 250 V AC.
Programmable Parameters: Users can program parameters including over/undervoltage, asymmetry, frequency limits, ROCOF, phase shift, and phase sequence. Delays for activation, release, and start-up are also programmable.
Control Functions: The relay offers several control input functions: None, Enable, Auto, Latch, and Reset, each affecting how the relay responds to parameter conditions and control input activations.
Programming: Programming requires the INTF3 unit and corresponding software, which can be installed on a PC. Parameters are selected on the PC and transferred to the PPR10 via an infrared transmitter.
Technical Data: The relay operates on supply voltages of 3x220-3x240 VAC or 3x380-3x415 VAC, with a frequency range of 45-65 Hz. It functions within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a humidity range of 0-90% RH.
Indications: The unit uses LEDs to indicate supply connection, control input activation, and relay status. Green, yellow, and red LEDs provide visual feedback on the unit's operational status.
Safety and Compliance: The PPR10 complies with EMC and safety regulations, including EN 50 081-1, EN 50 082-2, and EN 60 730 standards. It is CE approved and meets preliminary standards for micro-generator connections.
Ordering Information: The PPR10 is available in different models based on supply voltage requirements, with an option for a reduced version without ROCOF and phase shift functions.
