The Tigrip® Load Hoisting Tackle Grabs & Clamps, specifically the TBL/TBL plus models, are designed for lifting and transporting steel plates and constructions. Material and Load Requirements:
The surface hardness of the material should not exceed HRC 30 or Brinell 300. The minimum load requirement is 10% of the nominal Working Load Limit (WLL), except for the TBL 1.5 plus model, which has a minimum load of 100 kg.

Usage and Features:
These clamps are primarily used for vertical transportation of single steel plates and can lift and turn materials through 180°. They are also suitable for transporting steel constructions and profiles. For large sheets and long materials prone to sagging, it is recommended to use a pair of clamps with a spreader beam. The clamps feature a safety lock mechanism that prevents accidental opening, even without a load. The TBL 0.5 model uses a positive spring-loaded cam instead of a locking lever.

Maintenance:
The clamps are designed to be service-friendly, allowing for easy part replacement. Parts are available individually or in kits, and repairs can be conducted by the factory or certified personnel.
