Daytona-HE 355-1

Daytona 355-HE UV Fiber Laser Daytona 355-HE Features: Daytona is a unique ultraviolet fiber laser offering precision material processing capabilities, similar to a short-pulse picosecond laser, together with the highthroughput capabilities of a Q-switched diode-pumped solid-state laser. Daytona 355-HE delivers >23W of power in 1 ns pulses with 45 kW of peak power and >70 µJ of energy in a 2 ns pulse, making it ideal for ultra-precise micromachining of a wide range of materials. Multi-pulse bursts can be generated with higher energies and to simulate pulses of longer duration. Significant enhancements in material removal rate have been demonstrated using multipulse bursts. Individual pulses and multi-pulse bursts can be adjusted over a broad operating range to match the exact needs of a particular application. • >23.5W at 525 kHz, >20W at 1 MHz, >45 kW peak power • Extremely wide repetition rate range: single-shot to >2 MHz • Pulse duration adjustable from 1 ns to 20 ns at all repetition rates • Extremely-low pulse-timing jitter <10 ns • Burst mode with extremely fast rise time Daytona features a short wavelength to drive cold photo-ablation and a short pulse width to enable micromachining without peripheral thermal damage. Traditional Q-switched UV lasers deliver pulse widths of tens of nanoseconds, creating an unacceptable heat affected zone. Until Daytona, the only alternative was to use a picosecond laser, but these do not always have sufficient output power for high-throughput applications. • All-fiber engine for excellent beam quality at all operating points Daytona is thus the first laser to deliver the optimum combination of precision and power for these material processing applications. • Excellent pulse energy stability at all repetition rates and pulse durations • Thin Film Removal • Black Marking Metals • Glass Cutting/Scribing/Drilling • Silicon Cutting/Scribing/Drilling Superior Reliability & Performance
