Industrial furnaces designed for heat treatment processes are characterized by rapid heat-up times and atmosphere conditioning. They are suitable for treating copper, gold, aluminum, titanium, and platinum alloy steels. The transfer from the heating chamber to the cooling unit is conducted under gas protection to prevent oxidation, making them especially suitable for parts with long sections.
These furnaces are used for annealing precious metals like gold and silver, with an integrated cooling system, and for solution heat treatment under protective gas.
The furnaces feature a horizontal metal muffle and an integrated water quench tank for treatments under a protective atmosphere. The maximum working temperature is 1100°C, with a maximum loading length of 4000 mm. They include automatic heat treatment cycles, forced atmosphere convection for high temperature accuracy (± 3°C), and automatic charge transfer to the water bath for cooling. The system is designed for low consumption of water, gas, and electricity, and includes theft protection for the loads.
The furnaces are equipped with light insulation and can operate autonomously for two charges in the absence of an operator. They are designed to be energy-efficient, minimizing the use of resources while maintaining high performance standards.
