Serie S1: Designed for tooling, watchmaking, jewelry, prototypes, medical, laboratory, and university applications. Maximum temperature is 1250°C with a load capacity of up to 40 kg.
System 250 - Batch-Type Furnace Line: Modular construction for hardening, carburising, carbonitriding, nitriding, nitrocarburising, oxynitriding, annealing, and tempering. Maximum temperature is 1100°C with a load capacity of 500 to 12,000 kg.
System 300 - Continuous Furnace: Used for high-alloy steels, precipitation hardening, brazing, and annealing under protective gas. Maximum temperature is 1150°C.
System 340 - Pusher Furnaces: For annealing followed by water cooling of precious metals under a protective atmosphere. Maximum temperature is 1100°C with a load capacity of 30 to 200 kg.
Batch-Type Furnace Line - Ecoprocess: Offers hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding, nitrocarburising, oxynitriding, annealing, and tempering. Maximum temperature is 1100°C with a load capacity of 30 to 2000 kg.
Hardening Automate: For hardening under protective atmosphere of alloy steels with rapid cooling under nitrogen. Maximum temperature is 1080°C with a load capacity of 20 to 80 kg.
System 280 - Furnace with Oil Quench: For small parts with atmospheres including N2, H2, NH3 cracked, and CO/H2 mixtures. Maximum temperature is 950°C.
System 175 - Furnace with Gas Quench: For small parts with atmospheres including N2, H2, and NH3 cracked. Maximum temperature is 1050°C.
Systems 250 - Mini Hardening Furnaces: For hardening and carburising with atmospheres including nitrogen, methanol, propane, and methane. Maximum temperature is 1080°C with a load capacity of 4 to 80 kg.
