CMR was established in Scandiano, Italy, in 1990. Over the years, the company expanded its production capabilities and now operates five production facilities in Italy, China, and Romania. CMR offers high technology at moderate costs to its customers.
Production Capabilities
CMR's production structure includes:
- Grey/spheroidal cast iron or steel castings
- Lost wax precision casting
- Aluminium die-casting
- Plastic injection moulding
- Machine tool machining
- Gears and reducers
- Ceramic tile industry components such as pulleys, shafts, and conveyor rollers
Reducer Range
The CMR reducer range includes sizes from "25" to "130" with reduction ratios from 7.5 to 100. The product line is complemented by a variety of installation accessories, allowing for easy replacement of similar products without performance changes.
Gear Production
CMR produces standard case-hardened and ground gears with straight and helical toothing, ranging from module M0.5 for 10 mm to module M14 for an 800 mm diameter. They also offer gear cutting machines for straight bevel gears and grinding machines for small production series.
