SHOCK CONTROL & MEASUREMENT SYSTEM IPS-2000 is a comprehensive system integrating shock testing machine control and shock data acquisition and analysis. The control part of the shock testing machine is based on ARM, and the data acquisition and analysis are based on DSP. IPS-2000 SPECIFICATIONS - 192KHz sampling frequency per channel - Ethernet communication - Number of input channels: 2~4 channels - Peak acceleration: 1~10000g - Pulse duration: 0.1~100ms Operating Languages: - Provide BNC signal input interface - Various acceleration sensors and amplifiers can be connected - Simplified Chinese - Traditional Chinese - Russian The state-of-the-art hardware designs The data acquisition module is equipped with voltage, charge and IEPE (ICP) input channels, which can be used for shock, vibration and other general voltage signal measurement. The control module of the shock testing machine takes ARM as the core to realize fully automatic control of the shock testing machine. There is an external emergency stop button that can interrupt the test in critical situations to ensure the safe operation of the system.  High reliability design The hardware has undergone strict environmental testing, including EMI, temperature, shock, sine and random vibration, etc. The system design can withstand long-term harsh working environment and operate reliably. The floating design also reduces the circuit grounding problems during installation.  High precision design The maximum sampling rate of the acquisition channel is 192kHz. Through unique technology, the signal input can reach an average input dynamic range of 130dB (maximum 150dB). This makes it unnecessary to set different input ranges for the input channels during testing.  Integrated design IPS-2000 includes two functions: control and measurement. The measurement system is mainly used to measure the acceleration, pulse duration, speed change and other shock test parameters during shock process, and all the measurement data can print out directly.
