TABLEBLAST (ROTARY TABLE) MODELS SHOT BLASTING MACHINES Because of their characteristics the rotary-table shot blasting machines can easily be incorporated in diversified machining, adapting to the treatment of various parts of different shape and type. They can be equipped with fixtures and accessories built according to the pieces to be treated. Positioned on the moving table the pieces are uniformly covered with a wide jet of shot launched by centrifugation by one or more turbines. Our production range covers from a minimum table diameter of 500 mm to a maximum of 2400 mm.

COMBINATION HANGER-TABLEBLAST MODELS SHOT BLASTING MACHINES Extremely versatile series, allows to treat both workpieces on hangers or positioned onto the rotary table.

This type of machine is particularly suitable for shotblasting of small parts loaded in bulk. A special anti-abrasive rubber belt arranged as a cradle receives the pieces to be treated and with its movement maintains them in a constant tumble. The pieces are hit by the jet of abrasive generated by the turbine, and by continuously changing position, they receive the shotblasting treatment extremely uniformly on all the surfaces. A steel belt is recommended for all earth fusion materials and for all parts with weight exceeding 15 kg each.

Monorail shot blasting machine with automatic workload advancement. The monorail may be built in different shapes (straight, Y-shaped or ring-shaped). Particularly suitable for treatment of medium-large articles, also of complex shape, hanged individually or in clusters on special fixtures.

THROUGH-PASS HANGER MODEL BLAST CLEANING MACHINE Blast cleaning machine particularly suitable for treatment of mass production of medium-large articles, also of complex shape, hanged individually or in clusters on special fixtures.

CONTINUOUS THROUGH-PASS BLAST CLEANING MACHINE WITH AERIAL WORK CONVEYOR Blast cleaning machine indicated for inclusion in painting lines.

CONTINUOUS THROUGH-PASS BLAST CLEANING MACHINEFOR WIRE, BAR, ROD AND TUBE This type of blast cleaning machine is suitable for treating wire, rod and bar of various diameters. If used for shotblasting bars, two additional rollers are available to support them inside the cabin.

CONTINUOUS THROUGH-PASS BLAST CLEANING MACHINE Blast cleaning machine suitable for shot blasting of passing flat or simple cross-section pieces without any limits of length. The pieces are treated on the upper part at 180°.

Blast cleaning machine suitable for roller conveyor shotblasting of section bars and plate without length restrictions. The pieces are treated 360° in one single pass.

Thanks to the continuous rototranslation motion, this blast cleaning machine is suitable for shot blasting of pipes and cylindrical shape items. Pieces are treated 360° in one single pass.

BLAST CLEANING MACHINE FOR PLATES, PANELS AND PROFILES LOADED IN VERTICAL Through pass blast cleaning machines are suitable to treat plates, panels and profiles which need to be loaded in vertical. Pieces are blasted on both sides in one pass.

WIRE MESH CONVEYOR BLAST CLEANING MACHINE Blast cleaning machine ideal for 360° shotblasting of three-dimensional workpieces.
