GT-FC Air Generator

GT-FC Air Generator

GT-FC Air Generator

Product catalog summary
Overview: The Excal GT-FC air generator is designed for the thermal conditioning of electronic components, capable of delivering air at specific flow rates and temperatures to targeted areas.
Specifications:
  • Temperature Range: -70°C to +200°C
  • Temperature Stability: ±0.1°C (depending on use conditions)
  • Average Temperature Transition Time: >120°C/min
  • Airflow Rate: Up to 32 Nm3/h
Functioning Principles: The air is initially cooled and then heated to the desired temperature using a resistor in the thermal head. An auxiliary dry air output prevents frost formation in the working area.
Construction: The unit includes a soundproof refrigerating machinery and features a flat screen and mouse for operator interface. The airflow is directed through a flexible hose ending in a thermal head, with optional horizontal holding arm.
Control and Operation: The system is managed by software that handles chamber operations, test management, and recording. The control panel provides access to set points and parameters, with a dynamic synoptic for monitoring pressures and fluid flow. Remote control is available through network connectivity.
Additional Features: The system includes an exceptional graphic recorder and the ability to generate personalized test reports.

GT-FC Air Generator-1

Air generator Excal GT-FC Temperature : from -70°C to +200°C *Nm3 : normal cubic metre The Excal GT-FC air generator was designed for the thermal conditioning of electronic components. It can force air, at required flow rate and temperature, onto a very specific area. The air temperature can vary very quickly along a large range, with a short stabilization time : - Temperature range : from -70°C to +200°C - Temperature stability : ±0,1°C* - Average temperature transition time : >120°C/min ZI du Bedat – BP 67 – 33650 St Médard d'Eyrans - France www.climats-tec.com

GT-FC Air Generator-2

Functioning principles After passing through a reconditioning dryer, the air is cooled down to the minimum temperature and then, heated up to the set-point temperature by a resistor located in the thermal head. An auxiliary dry air output enables the working area to be swept, thanks to a cap (not supplied), to prevent frost formation. The temperature regulation is either done in the thermal head or through a probe on the product to be tested. Construction The Excal GT-FC air generator has a refrigerating machinery, located into a soundproof cast solid unit. The operator interface consists of...
