Clickmox Solutions Inc. Mobile Scan Processing Software Installation Instructions 1. Install VirtualBox on Windows-10 by double clicking file VirualBox-Win.exe in the USB flash drive. Follow the instructions for complete installation. 2. Copy folder "Mobile Scan Processor Software" somewhere on the local drive (preferably in root C drive). 3. Start VirtualBox by clicking on its icon on the Desktop. 4. From VirtualBox window, select File -> Import Appliance 5. Browse inside of the "Mobile Scan Processor Software" folder copied earlier in the local drive and select file "export.ovf". Click OK. Follow the installation process with default values. It will take some time to complete the installation. 6. This will install the Ubuntu operating system inside VMware along with the mobile scan processor software.

Operating Instructions 1. Start VirtualBox from its icon on Windows Desktop. The following window will open up. 2. Double click on "vm" in the left panel (blue bar). This will start Ubuntu in the VirtualBox window. 3. Use "cmoxNorcatO1" as the password to log in. You can change this password once logged into the system. The following window will show up. 4. Create a folder anywhere, such as on Desktop. This can be done from the Folders view or by right clicking on the Desktop and selecting Create New Folder. 5. Move your scan bag file to this folder. 6. Double click on the "Mobile Processor" icon on the Desktop to start the program. The left window is the Viewer and the right one has the controls. If you accidentally close down the Viewer window, it can be restarted from the "Start Viewer" button on the controls. 7. Click on "Select Bag File" on the controls window to select the file to process (This will be the file you moved in Step 5). Once the file has been selected, its details appear in the controls window. The start time and duration boxes are automatically filled with the information from the file.
