The CC LAB+ pilot equipment was designed to be effective and simple to use at the same time. It meets all the requirements related to R&D and the training of operators. With a nominal flow rate of 50 kg/h, the CCLAB+ line has the process characteristics required by large capacity industrial equipment and thus ensures homogeneous production. Located in the premises of the IFIM (Institut de Formation de l'Industrie Meuniere) in Casablanca, Morocco, the CC LAB + R&D platform combines the performance of an industrial line with the qualities of an R&D tool. Easy to managed by one or two people and easy to maintain, these devices have been specifically developed for R&D, product testing and training purposes. The CC Lab+ equipment is an ideal R&D platform for creating new products from durum wheat semolina, as well as products from common wheat, corn, rice, millet, sorghum, and quinoa.
