OVERVIEW Yard-portable, versatile blast machine that removes contamination, corrosion, mill scale, and coatings from most surfaces. It produces a uniform surface texture and creates a surface profile to increase bonding for coatings. CAPACITY • Holds 6 cuft of media; 600 lbs of expendable mineral abrasive. 1.25” PIPING • Provides about 30 minutes of blasting at 100 psi with a No. 6 nozzle. • Supplies up to 50% more air flow than 1” piping. PRESSURE VESSEL • Heavy-gauge vessel meets ASME specifications for 150-psi working pressure. TLR REMOTE CONTROLS • Fast, safe pressure-release remotes with solid brass valves for years of dependability. • Complies with OSHA regulation 1910.244 (b). POP-UP VALVE • Urethane-coated with external pressure sleeve for long life and fast pressurization. • Optional valve umbrella relieves load pressure when hopper is in place.
