The Integrated Light & Switchboard (ILS) system is designed to enhance the interface between flame safeguard and combustion equipment, minimizing wiring errors and improving quality. It includes an Integrated Burner Control Subpanel and an LED Switchboard, which provide power, fuel selection, and burner control with visual indications of the burner sequence.

- Main Fuel: Dual-color LED indicates fuel valve status (green for gas, amber for oil).
- Modulation Indicator: LEDs show firing level (25% white, 50% yellow, 75% blue, 100% green).
- Burner Switch: Switches burner between local, off, and remote demand settings.
- Fuel Select: Allows safe fuel change in dual fuel systems.
- Modulation Mode: Selects automatic or manual flame control.
- Manual Flame Control: Potentiometer for adjusting firing rate in manual mode.
- Alarm Silence: Silences audible alarms while maintaining LED indications.

The LEDs provide the following information: Power On - white LED indicates presence of control power in the subpanel. Call for Heat - white LED indicates that a demand for burner startup is present. Ignition - white LED indicates the burner is in the ignition phase of operation. Main Fuel - Dual color LED that indicates that the main fuel valve(s) are powered.
