Gripper: Suitable for materials such as polished steel, acrylic, glass, and sheet metal. Maximum payload with a safety factor of 2 is 4.1 kg for steel and acrylic, 3.3 kg for glass, and 3.1 kg for sheet metal. With a cleaning system, the payload reduces to 1.6 kg for steel and acrylic, and 1.3 kg for glass and sheet metal. Pre-load required for maximum adhesion is 125 N, with a detachment time of 500 milliseconds. The gripper holds parts even during power loss.
Pads: Change-out interval ranges from 100,000 to 200,000 cycles. The autonomous cleaning system is piezoelectric, requiring a minimum run-time of 1 second. Cleaning intervals and recovery percentages are 15 seconds for 3%, 2 minutes for 5%, and 15 minutes for a maximum of 15%. The robotic cleaning system uses a silicone roller with variable intervals and 100% recovery.
Sensors: Includes a pre-load sensor with a range of 40 - 140 N and sensitivity of 3 N, and an ultrasonic range sensor with a range of 0 – 260 mm and sensitivity of 300 KHz.
