Overview

This document provides technical specifications, lubrication guidelines, load capacities, and mechanical details for the 211N series stainless steel single-stage ratio multipliers (gearboxes).

Lubrication

• The gearbox is supplied with synthetic oil to ensure long-life lubrication.
• Food-grade oil is available upon request.
• The recommended oil quantity for all positions is 0.05 liters.
• Table 1 specifies lubrication types and quantities.

Performance Specifications

• Input speed is fixed at 1400 min^-1.
• Dynamic efficiency is 0.98 for all gear ratios.
• Output speeds vary depending on the gear ratio, ranging approximately from 142 to 682 min^-1.
• Output torque and nominal power values are provided for different ratios, with torque values ranging from about 1.0 to 9.83 Nm and power from 0.24 to 0.37 kW.
• Service factors and motor power ratings are included to guide proper application.

Mechanical and Dimensional Details

• The gearbox weight is approximately 2.50 kg.
• Motor flanges available include B14 and B5 types, with flange hole positions detailed.
• Input flanges and reduction bushings are available, with some supplied as standard and others on request.
• Threaded holes (M6 and M5) and shaft diameters (e.g., ø14) are specified for mounting and assembly.

Load Capacities

• Table 2 provides permissible radial (Fr) and axial (Fa) loads on the gearbox.
• Equivalent radial load (Feq) is calculated using the formula: Feq = Fr + 19.5 x Fa.

Additional Notes

• The gearbox is constructed entirely of stainless steel, suitable for hygienic or food industry applications.
• Oil types recommended include Eni Telium VSF 320 and Shell Omala S4 WE 320.
• Motor flange kits and codes are provided for ordering and assembly purposes.
