Planetary Brushing Machine for Flexible Hoses up to 2" 6 Wires

This floor-mounted machine is designed for mass production with a working height of 1000mm and plate rotation speed of 60 rpm. It includes 10 interchangeable gauges and a brush rotation speed of 3000 rpm. A powerful vacuum cleaner with a fiberglass dust bag is incorporated to manage dust. The hose is positioned on a gauge matching its internal diameter, clamped securely, and the brush rotates concentrically to strip the hose to the required dimension and length. After stripping, the brush retracts, the gripper opens, and the machine is ready for the next operation.

Options: Simultaneous internal skiving, suction pipe inside the hose for dust extraction, special voltage configurations, and additional filtration boxes (BF3 and BF099) for dust management and external dust-extraction system connection.

Hydraulic Hose Dismantling Machine by Knife (Up to 5")

This base-mounted machine operates horizontally with foot pedal control and variable rotation speeds from 13 to 46 rpm in two directions. It features a concentric vise adjustable manually to hold hoses with outer diameters from 50 to 170 mm and a hand wheel to advance up to 340 mm. A protective Makrolon hood allows safe insertion of the hose end for skiving. It includes skiving tools for diameters DN 51 to 125 (2" to 5").

Skiving length: Maximum 310 mm.

Knife skiving eliminates smoke emissions and significantly reduces dust, improving working and maintenance conditions. The machine includes a bin for collecting skived rubber material.

Option: Can be equipped with internal skiving tools for diameters from 5/8" up to 3".
