Adsorber cartridges are designed for use in filter housings to remove various contaminants from gases and vapors. The document outlines the specifications for different housing models and the materials used in their construction.

Housing Models and Materials

• Model CF/2.0/052: Maximum temperature of 50°C, constructed with microfibre filters and PA materials.
• Model □.AD: Maximum temperature of 50°C, constructed with acrylic and PA materials.
• Model □.AT: Maximum temperature of 50°C, constructed with acrylic, PA, and PE materials.
• Model □.AS: Maximum temperature of 50°C, constructed with acrylic, PA, PE, and SS materials.

Adsorber Types and Uses

• Activated Carbon Granules and Cloth: Remove hydrocarbons and organic vapors.
• Molecular Sieves 4A and 13X: Remove CO2, NH3, H2S, SOx, aromatics, and amines.
• Silica Gel: Removes water vapor.
• Mixed Bases (Soda Lime): Removes acidic gases, CO2, SOx, NOx, HCl.
• Potassium Permanganate: Removes SOx and other acidic gases.

Cartridge Types

• AD and AT types: Suitable for standard housings.
• AS type: Designed for small stainless steel housings, requires removal of the housing tie rod for installation.

Vapour Adsorption

Coalescing filter elements are used for removing liquid aerosols and droplets. For vapors, an adsorber cartridge should be used in an additional housing as a final stage. Adsorption cartridges are also effective for removing gas elements like acidic gases.

Available in various sizes including 12.32.□, 12.57.□, 25.64.□, 25.178.□, 32.152.□, 51.230.□, and 51.476.□.
