Custom Latch Designs
Clampco offers a variety of latch designs suitable for light-duty applications. These designs can be customized with options such as metric hardware, socket head cap screws, and special square nuts. It is important to note that these latches are not recommended for pressurized applications.

Knobs
Custom knobs are available for applications requiring manual operation of clamps. Plastic knobs are ideal for light-duty applications and should not be exposed to high temperatures. They are often used in water filtration canisters and other maintenance-heavy applications. For sanitary applications, a knurled knob made from 300 series stainless steel is recommended, particularly in food and chemical processing and transportation equipment.

T-Handles
Clampco provides T-handles for applications requiring hand tightening. Standard T-handles are 3 inches long and available in steel cadmium or zinc plated, with stainless steel options also offered. These are commonly used in pool filters and telecommunications equipment. Like other products, T-handles are not recommended for pressurized applications.

Over Center Latch Handles
Several designs of over center latch handles are available, including captured and slotted yoke designs. Captured yokes hold the T-bolt in place, while slotted yokes allow it to fall away. Safety features such as safety clips and pins are available to prevent accidental opening. Light-duty handles can include a safety clip or pin, while medium-duty handles offer both options. These safety mechanisms ensure secure operation but are not suitable for pressurized applications.
