Overview
The BARImètre is a micro torque measuring device designed for the watchmaking and microtechnology industries. It provides reliable torque measurements without human influence, suitable for both laboratory and production environments. The device operates on an embedded PC with Windows CE, offering high connectivity and autonomy.

Barrel Measurement
The BARImètre is used for inspecting manual and automatic barrels by recording torque curves based on spring tension. It allows user-defined parameters for different part types and can detect characteristic values and calculate overall values like yield.

Static and Dynamic Torque Measurement
The device offers flexibility in measuring static and dynamic torque for microtechnology and watch parts, including frictional torque in both rotation directions and resistive torque through static tests.

Tools and Sensors
CLA provides customized tools for specific applications, ensuring easy replacement and productivity. Torque sensors range from ±0.1 mNm to ±500 mNm.

BARImètre Manager
This application manages multiple BARImètre instruments, allowing parameter setting, direct test result display, and report generation. It is user-friendly and records test configurations.

BARImètre Automate
The device can be integrated into a PLC for autonomous operation, managing up to four BARImètre instruments simultaneously, with flexible measurement channels and adaptable loading drawers.

Calibration
CLA recommends annual calibration or after 1,000 test hours to ensure measurement quality.
