Materialaufgabe und Schaltschrank sind im Gehäuse integriert. Auswechselbares Lochsieb für die gewünschte Perlengröße. Entstaubung des Materials direkt im Anschluß des Granulierers. Entfernung von Staub und Kleinpartikeln durch Vakuum. Granulattransport durch den Separator mittels Schnecke. Entstaubtes Material wird in ein Lagersilo aus antistatisch gewebtem Kunst-stoffgewebe transportiert, Staub und Kleinpartikel in die Filterstation oder wiederum in ein Silo zur Weiter-handtierung, z. Bsp. Komprimieren. The complete plant is mounted in a space saving way as one single unit into a housing made of steel metal sheets and steel profiles. The material feeding device and the control panel are integrated into the housing. The sieves are exchangeable according to the required bead size. Dedusting of the material directly subsequent to the granulator. Removal of dust and small particles by vacuum. Granulate transport through the separator unit with a screw. The dedusted material is transported into a storage silo made of antistatic woven cloth. The dust and small particles are conveyed into the filter station or into another silo for subsequent handling, for example compacting. L’installation complète est une unité peu encombrante placée dans un boîtier fait en tôles et tubes d’acier. Alimentation matière et armoire électrique intégrées dans le bâti. Tamis à trous interchangeable en fonction de la taille des perles souhaitées. Dépoussiérage de la matière directement à la suite de granulator. Enlèvement de la poussière et des particules fines par le vide. Transport des granulés à travers le séparateur au moyen d’une vis sans fin.
