Solide Schweißkonstruktion, durchgehende Antriebswellen, schallgedämpft. Anbau eines Sortiertisches mit nachfolgendem Transportband in den Vorbrecher möglich. Schlagmühle: Granuliert vorzerkleinertes Material, auswechselbares Sieb für gewünschte Materialgröße. Mögliche Sieb-Lochdurchmesser 3-50 mm. Schallgedämpft. Steuerung: Komplette Steuerung der Anlage, mit Überlastungsschutz, in einem Schaltschrank am Vorbrecher montiert. Pre-breaker: Pre-crushing of E-PS/E-PP waste. Solid welded construction, straight shafts, sound absorbed. Possibility for sorting table with subsequent conveying belt into the reginder. Mill: Granulates pre-crushed material, exchangeable sieves for the desired bead sizes. Possible sieve holesizes dia. 3-50 mm. Sound absorbed. Control: Complete control device with overload protection in a switch cabinet, installed at the regrinder. Prébroyeur: Prébroyage des rebuts de PSE/PPE. Construction soudée solide, arbres moteur traversant, isolation sonore. Possibilité de moteur une table de tri avec un convoyeur allant dans le prébroyeur. Broyeur: Pour granuler la matière prébroyée, tamis échangeable en fonction de la taille de matiére souhaitée. Diamètres de trou de tamis possibles 3-50 mm. Isolation sonore. Commande: Commande complète de l’installation avec disjoncteur thermique dans un cabinet de commande placé au prébroyeur.
