A precise electronic scale prepares the needed amount of seed (batch) for the next cycle. After the scale has fed the prepared batch to the mixing drum, the rotating bottom of the drum accelerates the seed to force it to climb up the drum wall, and to be folded back to the drum middle by means of the built-in deflectors.
