The Cifa portable concrete pump series is designed for versatility and efficiency in various construction scenarios, including small job sites, shotcrete pumping, and large civil works. Technical Specifications
The pumps feature an 'S' shaped valve suitable for all types of concrete, made from special steel with varying thicknesses. They offer rapid valve exchange, smooth operation at high pressures, automatic wear compensation, and a hydraulic system in an open circuit. The pumps can switch between high and low pressure, operate with low noise, and are easy to maintain and clean. They can function in temperatures as low as -25°C.

Standard Equipment and Options
Standard equipment includes an electric vibrator on the hopper grid, a diesel engine (6-cylinder Deutz, 130 kW), a rigid monoaxle trailer, four manual outriggers, and a concrete outlet piping system. Additional features include a hydraulically driven water pump, concrete flow rate regulator, washing pipe with nozzle, remote control, and acoustic signal for engine breakdown. Optional equipment includes a multistage centrifugal water pump and a hydraulically controlled air compressor.

Performance and Dimensions
The PC709/415 models offer a drive power of 130/110 kW, with a maximum theoretical output of 70 m3/h for the PC 709 and 46 m3/h for the PC 415. The maximum pressure on concrete is 90 bar for the PC 709 and 140 bar for the PC 415. Both models have concrete cylinders measuring 200 x 1800 mm and a hopper capacity of 450 liters.

Additional Information
The pumps are mounted on a rigid monoaxle trailer with a drawbar, four manual adjustable outriggers, and two rubber wheels. They are powered by a separate engine, either diesel or electric, with an axial piston type main pump and a gear pump for auxiliary services. The unladen weight varies depending on the model and configuration, with additional weight for portable pumps on skid.
