Product catalog summary

Overview

This document details the specifications, manufacturing standards, technical characteristics, and available options for standard single-effect telescopic hydraulic cylinders produced by CICROSA HIDRAULICA, S.L. The cylinders are designed for high durability and performance under demanding conditions.

Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Standards

  • All manufacturing processes are verified through approved quality control programs ensuring phase-by-phase inspection throughout production.
  • Components are measured with calibrated instruments in a metrology lab, complying with UNI EN ISO 9001 certification since 1997.
  • Cylinders feature Tenifer treatment on expansions, providing optimal anti-friction thickness, surface brightness, and enhanced resistance to wear and fatigue.
  • Optional Oxi-Nit treatment is available upon request.
  • Upper guides are machined from thick, seamless rolled tubes (MW450 and E470HL) with very high mechanical strength.
  • Steel guides are hardened to prevent wear during use.
  • Expansions are machined from the same thick tube, with turned stops ensuring mechanical resistance to axial and radial stresses, allowing operation up to full stroke.
  • Expansions undergo a final lapping process achieving a maximum surface roughness of 0.2 microns, enhancing seal durability.
  • Scrapers and seals are made from pure polyurethane with double-lip sealing against water, dust, and oil containment, suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +110°C, speeds up to 0.5 m/s, pressures up to 400 bars, and maximum surface roughness of 0.50 microns.

Technical Characteristics

  • High-strength steel construction with Tenifer-treated, lapped, and rectified expansions.
  • Maximum operating pressure: 200 bar.
  • Optional white electrolytic treatment available.
  • Cylinders should not operate at full stroke; a stroke end device must be installed in the circuit.

Component Types and Options

Upper and Lower Trunnions (Muñones)

Various models with detailed dimensional data including diameters, stroke lengths, volumes, weights, and capacities (in tons at 180 bar) are provided. Options include replacing the standard 'F' trunnion with a spherical 'S' type upon request and price consultation.

Lower Bushings (Casquillo Abajo)

Models with corresponding dimensions and capacities are listed. These cylinders do not require special fittings as connections are direct.

Double Sphere Type

Specific models with dimensions and capacities are detailed. These also do not require special fittings.

Compact Type Cylinders

Optional compact cylinders with specific references, dimensions, volumes, weights, and capacities are available. They include prepared threads for rotary fittings and optional white electrolytic treatment.

Mounting Supports and Cradles (Soportes y Cunas)

Various closed and open support types with dimensions, weights, and load capacities are described. Cradles for compact types are also listed with references and dimensions.

Fittings and Accessories

  • Standard fittings include 1/2" G threaded connections with options for 3/4" and 1" G.
  • Special fittings such as 90° elbow and short fittings with parachute valves are available.
  • Some models have threads prepared for rotary fittings.

Critical Recommendations and Limitations

  • The cylinder must not operate at full stroke to avoid damage; a stroke end device is mandatory.
  • Surface treatments and machining processes are critical for durability and performance.
  • Consultation is required for special options such as spherical trunnions or alternative fittings.

0,50 micras.
