Sampling solutions When validating the results obtained, it is critical to ensure that a quality sample is brought to the instrument. Chromatotec® offers sampling solutions:  Multiplexer : 4U rack, up to 10 streams  Dryer for ( airmoVOC C2C6)  Regulators, flow control  Liquefied gas heated regulator (XXvalve LPG)  Line pump  Condensation pot  Dilution systems  Tubing, heated lines  Purge & Trap (method 502-2)  Vacuum pumps  airmopump : pump for single instrument ambient sampling  Line pump : pump for multiplexer vacuum Calibration modules (permeation tubes for Validation) Purge & Trap cabinet We offer the solution of permeation tubes for auto-calibration. We supply permeation tubes which are very stable at trace level concentrations. Temperature and pressure are fully controlled. Used for ISO 17025 instrument calibration. Our systems enable the use of both high pressure gases and permeation tubes calibration, for intercalibration / intercomparison.  Calib installed in the analyzer:  Calibration with one permeation tube  Fully automated with autocalibration capability  airmoCAL 4U:  Calibration module (three permeation tubes) = sample+zero+cylinder+Calib airmoCAL MFC 4U  airmoCAL D 4U (Dilution):  Zero, Calib (permeation tube), span (Cylinder as Standard) & sample  4 points dilution of cylinder gas via critical orifices or MFC  Calibration curve for linearity Software and Computer solutions for tracability Chromatotec® has its own Windows™ embedded based software to monitor and control the analyzers.  Module automation:  Special calculations: averages, alarms (TWA)  “Live signal” Wall mounted computer integrated with color touch screen  Software configurations : VistaCHROM:  Standard and custom methods  Special calculation (units ,averages, totals)  Remote control (Option):  Remote monitoring via phone line or LAN  Communication Protocols Modbus parameters such as; pressure, temperature…:  Modbus RTU, Jbus, German protocol 
