秤体安装说明书 Scale body Installation 一1 秤体3*20 个大台面 =4 每个台面 3*5M 每个 3*5M 由 2 个 1.5*5M 注 组成=8 小个台面每个台面 1.5*5M 。 platform divided into 2 parts(1.5*5m)=8 parts(each platform 1.5*5m) 二组合大台面3*5M 1)Hoist all platforms and keep bottom up 2.寻找任一个台面3*1.5M水平放好面板向下并注意台面两头的搭接板状。 2)Level one of platforms in horizontal,watch out the shape of two ends of lapping plate.

3)Looking for the another platform which is consistent to the lapping plate,and hoist together in horizon,keep 5m’side paste. 4)Finding a lapping plate for 3m joint.(both ends joint)

5)Using bolts to connect above 2 platforms with the 2 lapping

6)Using bolts to connect 5m’side closely.(Total 24 pieces,each place has 6 pieces for 4 places) 7)Lead loadcell’s cable(Thread lead to junction box) 三组合秤体 1)Clean Foundation(keep loadcell’support plate no concrete and smooth).

2.确定传感器支承板间中心距长度方向 2)Know the center distance between loadcell’ support plates(Length direction) 3.把大台面吊装反面面板向上传感器向下后并去掉传感器盖板螺丝移去盖 板. 3)Hoist big platform and reverse,move out the loadcell’s cover plate.

4)Measure the center distance of the big platform which has 4 pieces of loadcells 5.把 4 只传感器台面吊入基础让传感器中心距与传感器支承板中心对齐 5)Put the big platform in the foundation(adjust the center distance between loadcell and support plate) 6.寻找一头有搭接板一头无搭接板的大台面吊入基础内与上一台面组合成 3*10M 台面。 大台面无搭接板方向向基础的边有搭接头方向把搭接板放入 4 只传感器的大台面的搭接头内 并注意本台面的传感器引线穿线管与连接台面的 传感器引线穿线管在同一边.台面边与基础边保持 2 厘米距离 6)Find the big platform with lap plate and without lap plate,together combining with the previous big platform into 3*10m.(The big platform without lap plate towards foundation edge,the platform

with lap plate should put into the big platform with 4 pieces of loadcells,and aware that loadcell lead to spool with the same direction as jointing platform’s lead.Keep the distance between the platform edge and foundation edge about 2cm.) 7.寻找两头有搭接板的大台面吊入基础内与上两台面组合成 3*15M 台面(远离传 感器的搭接板放入 4 只传感器的大台面的搭接头内 7)Find a big platform with lap plate at both sides,hoist into foundation,then combining previous 2 platforms into 3*15m 8.把一头有搭接板一头无搭接板的大台面吊入基础内组成 3*20M 台面大台面 无搭接板方向向基础的边 有搭接头方向把搭接板放入 2 只传感器两个搭接头的 大台面搭接头内 并注意本台面的传感器引线穿线管与连接台面的传感器引线穿 线管在同一边如不在一边就把秤体最左与最右的大台面对换。 8)Find the big platform with...

combining with the previous big platform into 3*20m(put 2 pieces of loadcells into the big platform with lap plate’ side,aware that this platform’s loadcell lead is at the same side with jointing platform’spool,if not at the same side,just reverse it). 9)Connect each bolt to joint closely(3m side)

1)Find pressure plate,pressure head,steel ball(head put onto pressure head,ball put onto head) 2.用吊车吊起大台面的一边大约离地 20 厘米 也可用千斤顶顶起大台面的一角 2)Hoist one side of platform 20cm(or use the lifting jack) 3)put 10 set of them down to center position in loadcell separately.

4)Adjust center position and keep justify and bearing.(keep all the steel ball bears pressure) 5 把传感器引线从秤体引线管引到接线盒箱处并引入接线盒。 5)bring the loadcell’s lead in junction box and connection. 6)Adjust vertical and lateral limit screws to keep 5mm distance away with spacing board. 五.连接仪表各接口 1)Let indicator’s line lead into junction box by embedded pipe. 2.按仪表说明书把传感器线与仪表引线全部接入接线盒对应端子。 2)Followed by indicator user manual,connect all the corresponding port with loadcell line and indicator lead.

3 把仪表连线有头端插入仪表对应端口。 3)load cell cable connect to indicator’s corresponding port. 4 安装大屏幕一组电源线一组串口线串口线一头接大屏幕一头接 USB 转 232 接口USB 接入电脑 4).Install scoreboard(1 set of power cord,1 set of serial port cable,serial port cable connect to USB transfer 232 interface,USB connect to computer)

5 安装电脑电脑通过 USB 转 232 及连接线与仪表相连 5)Install computer(computer connect indicator by USB transfer RS232)
