Prevent no entirely on the scale cheating measures: Adopting two groups infrared correlation ,if car block the light, infrared input communication controller control weighing instrument data do not sent to the computer.Computer can’t receive weighing instrument data,computer software display communication failures,therefore,can’t weigh,that’s prevent no entirely on the scale cheating or vehicles overlapping weighing.When weighing car completely on the scale,truck scale’s both ends without other vehicles block the light,two group infrared correlation all-pass optical,weighing instrument weight data by infrared input communication controller send to the computer,computer real-time display vehicle weight data,that’s from signal source work out incomplete on the scale weighing and vehicles overlapping weighing.
