COATEDFABRICS Fashion and decorative solutions DESCRIPTION OFLEX™ bio-based is a range of coated fabrics chlorine and phthalate-free and based on bio-sourced plastic materials (Gaïalène®1). APPLICATIONS An alternative to PVC-coated fabrics in the luggage, telephone, sports & leisure, and event furnishings industries. ADVANTAGES Gaïalène-based coating, made from plant-based raw materials that are partially bio-sourced. (Coating contains from 30 to 50% of plant based material) Recyclable in the same way as polyolefin . Free of plasticizers (phthalate free). Easy to color. Weldable: thermal, ultra-sonic or seam welding.
