Installation diagrams Notes:  For vertical installation, install level switch at a distance of d/6 from the vessel’s wall as shown in Fig.1.  For horizontal installation, mount Tube-11A approx.20°inclined to the vessel’s bottom to avoid medium buildup. To protect the probe from direct impact damage, a protection baffle should be installed above the vibrating body, and longer than intrusion depth (horizontal). Typical applications Low density foam beads in the silo of a foam molding machine and a plastic forming machine. Zircon sand and petroleum coke. Other (ultra-low density) particles and powders. After spraying PTFE on fork body, it is especially suitable for fumed silica (SiO₂) level measurement.
