Tuning Fork Level Switch Applied in Pneumatic Conveying System A Huizhou material company is a large enterprise producing ABS (plastic) particles. The materials from raw material silos are transported to the production line through pneumatic conveying. To ensure stable production, tuning fork level switches are installed in the powder receiver to control the start-stop of pneumatic conveying system by outputting switch signals. The ABS (plastic) particles produced by the company are mainly supplied to the injection molding plant for injection into plastic parts, which requires pneumatic conveying of different materials from the raw material silos. The principle of pneumatic conveying is based on the fact that bulk goods can be moved by means of air through pipelines. The flowing conveying air transmits a propulsion force on the bulk material and thus conveys it through the conveying line. Pneumatic conveying can be separated into two categories, lean phase and dense phase. Lean phase conveying is the most common conveying method for powders or granules and can generally be split into two further categories: dilute phase and dense Phase. The company operates positive pressure lean phase to convey the raw materials from four silos, the materials are put into the weighing tank according to the formula screw, and then put into the conveying tank after measurement. The roots blower pressurizes the conveying tank, making materials enter the pipeline from the bottom of the conveying tank and then transports to the designated production line.
