 For vertical installation, install level switch at a distance of d/6 from the vessel wall as showing in Fig.1.  For horizontal installation, we recommend mounting Tube-11 approx. 20° inclined to the vessel bottom to avoid medium buildup as showing in Fig.2. To protect the probe from direct impact damage, a protection sheet should be installed above the vibration rod, and must be longer than the intrusion length (horizontally), so the vibrating rod does not protrude directly into the filling stream.
