Application of Extra-Long Vibrating Rod Level Switches in Precipitates Interface Measurement of Water Recently, a large chemical group ordered 100 pieces of Extra-Long Interface Vibrating Rod Level Switches from Jiwei, mainly used for measuring nylon slices in water. The 100 pieces of Tube-11 Interface Vibrating Rod Level Switches are mostly exceeding 1.9 meters in length, with the longest of 2.9 meters. So far, Jiwei is the only manufacturer in China that can manufacture 2.9-meter-long Interface Vibrating Rod Level Switches for measuring solids in water. Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch is the first double-rods-design Vibrating Rod Level Switch that made-in-China. It uses piezoelectric components to drive and detect vibration, causing resonance between the inner and outer rods at a completely consistent resonant frequency. When the outer vibration rod contacts with solid, the resonance frequency of the outer vibration rod changes, thereby damaging the resonance of both the inner and outer rods, which significantly reduces the amplitude of the vibration rods as well as the output signal amplitude of the piezoelectric device. The changing signal is detected and analyzed by an intelligent circuit and then output a switch signal as a result. Tube-11 adopts a unique double-rods design with great sensitivity and reliability.
